2020 Monhegan Island, Maine
Plein-air Painting Workshop with Rick Daskam

Unfortunately -Cancelled

This year I will be offering an Painting Workshop on Monhegan Island in Maine. The workshop will take place Monday, July 13th thru Friday, July 17th, 2020.

I invite you to join me on Monhegan Island, a place that artists have been painting for over 150 years.  For 18 years it has provided me with unending inspiration for Plein-Air painting. The aim is to help you learn skills painting Plein-air. While accomplishing this, one will enjoy a place that can transport you back to a simpler lifestyle, in a community of artists who share the love of painting. During the week, we will focus on drawing, composition, perspective, values and color.
